I’ve been wanting to make Golden Milk for some time. I finally remembered to grab Turmeric while at the store recently, so I gave it a shot today.
It was delicious! It’s filling and should prevent me from snacking so much. I think I will have it every evening, because that’s usually when I want to snack and make bad food choices. I may cut the amount of honey in half, though.
I warm up 2 cups of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk. (Not too warm as I don’t want to ruin the benefits of the raw honey.) Then I add 1 tsp of Turmeric, 1/2 tsp Ginger, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, and 2 Tbsp raw honey. I used my frother to give it all a good whip, and that’s it!
